May was a big month for festival staffing — and our team delivered across three major events.
We deployed staff at Sonic Temple Music Festival in Columbus, OH (May 8–11) and Welcome to Rockville in Daytona Beach, FL at Daytona International Speedway (May 15–18) — managing shuttle wristband pickup, crowd flow, and multi-day operations at both events. Long shifts, large crowds, consecutive days — our staff handled it all.
We also supported the Cruel World Festival in Pasadena, CA — providing check-in and scanning staff for the welcome party and brunch event alongside the main festival days.
