Meal and Rest Breaks:
Each City/State/Province has specific laws related to Meal and Rest Breaks, ensure you have this organized in your plan and that you have a schedule that will allow contractors the time that is required making sure also if necessary you have planned any extra contractors necessary to fill shifts while contractors are on break.
Onsite Coordination Support:
Do you require Onsite Coordination Support, someone on site that will assist with signing contractors in, organizing break schedules, overseeing daily contractors, signing contractors out?
Attire Requirements:
Do you have specific attire requirements, perhaps do you also need contractors to be wearing a branded shirt or clothing, this is something you need to organize in advance so we can provide you the sizing information etc and inform the contractors you book of any attire requirements.
Contractor Preparation:
Do you have specific training requirements, perhaps contractors need to review information at home or onsite before the event, this is something you need to organize in advance, specifically add these hours to your schedule because you will need to compensate contractors for their time for at least 1 hour if they do training at home and at least 3 hours if they will be onsite to do training.
Backup Plan:
Do you have a plan incase contractors are running late to your event, get sick, get in a traffic accident and just generally moments before your event are not available? If you have already planned for some extra contractors at your event in your schedule you should be ok incase of the unexpected but if you have not planned for this and have no wiggle room in your schedule it is highly recommended you schedule each day each morning each shift a qty of extra/backup contractors that will arrive and be send home and paid 3 hours if they are not needed and if they work they get 1 hour bonus pay for showing up early and they work of course the full shift for the contractor they are replacing.
