Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, share, use and protect your personal and non-personal information when you visit or use our Website or Services.

Our Privacy Policy only applies to data which we and our affiliates collect through this website and does not apply to either, data collected by any third party including, without limitation, the data collection of any third-party websites to which our website links, or to any information collected by us offline.

This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Website Terms of Use and any other Agreement you make with us.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We only collect Personal information that you provide when completing a form on our Website.

Personnel: When you use our Services, we collect  data, including but not limited to, your name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email address, a profile picture, body metrics, hair and eye colour, body markings such as tattoos and information regarding your relevant skills. We also may use freely any photos you submit or any photos taken of you before during or after the events you work for our clients. Where you choose to upgrade to a paid service we collect your payment information.

Clients and Potential Clients: When you use our Services, we collect data, including but not limited to,  your company name, address, phone number, details of your preferred contact including their name and direct contact details including phone and email details, your company logo, and details of any Job Listings you wish to make. Where you choose to pay online we collect your payment information including your credit card information and your fiscal year end. Any job details or listings that you provide to us may be posted on our affiliate websites, even if you choose not to hire us.

If you create an account with us as either Personnel or a Client we will also store your username and password.

In addition to the Personal Information described above, we may collect certain information about your use of our Website. We capture the IP address of the device you use to connect to our website, the type of operating system and browser you use, if you use a mobile device the type of device you use, and information about the site you came from. We also capture data on your use of our website including the parts of our website you access, the time you spend on each part of our website and any searches you make.

We reserve the right to match your IP address (or any other information) with other information about you in any way permitted by applicable law. If you create an account with us, information may be collected under your account email address. When you delete an account, not all  information provided in relation to that account will be removed from any storage devices we use. We reserve the right to keep any materials in a deleted account as necessary to preserve and protect our rights as allowed by law or to comply with our obligations under local law.

Our services are not directed to people under the age of sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

How do we hold your information?

Your Personal Information may be held by us in paper records, on computer systems including email, servers, hard drives and applications, on third party cloud-based services or other data storage systems.

What do we use your Personal Information for?

We use your personal information solely to provide our services and features to you including without limitation:

(a) to introduce Personnel and Clients.

Personnel – When you upload a Profile to the Website or make contact with a Client and send them your information, subject to your Privacy Settings, you are making all your Profile available to third party Clients who may be interested in having you work at an event they are organizing and who may pass your information onto other third parties. We take no responsibility whatsoever for any consequence of you deciding to post your information to our Website.

We may use your details to send you job alerts, information about jobs and about us, including promotional materials.

Clients – When you provide us with the details of a Job Listing to post on our Website you are making the details of this job available to all visitors of our Website, including other websites owned by us, and not just registered Personnel.

(b) to evaluate and improve our business and services;

We may monitor and analyze your information to develop new products and services, to improve existing products and services, to perform data analytics, to institute quality control, and to refine our Website or any of our Services including to provide better search results and other listings for Personnel and Clients.

(c) to prevent potentially illegal activities and activities that are detrimental to you or others;

We may be required to disclose your information if disclosure (i) is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process and law enforcement instructions and orders; (ii) is helpful to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the use of our Website; or (iii) may protect our rights, reputation, property, safety, or that of the public.

We monitor the information you provide in order to detect issues such as spam or offensive or unacceptable conduct.

(d) to contact you.

We may be required to contact you in the course of the provision of our Services. We will use your Personal Information to do so.

We may also send you periodic emails (the email address you provide can be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.) If you do not wish to receive any further information or emails please contact us.

(e) to perform any administrative tasks including but not limited to accounting, record keeping, archiving, systems development and testing and staff training;

(f) any other purpose relating to or in connection with the business or dealings of National Event Staffing

If you reside in the EU, we will obtain consent from you prior to sharing your Personal Information with any third parties for their marketing purposes if we are unable to rely on our legitimate interests in doing so.

How do we use Non- Personal Information?

In addition to the other uses and disclosures of Personal Information set out in this Privacy Policy, and notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy to the contrary, we may use and disclose, for any purpose, any information that does not identify you (“Non-Personal Information”), except where prohibited under applicable law. Such Non-Personal Information may include, for example and without limitation: MAC addresses and other device identifiers; IP addresses; pixel tags and similar technologies; physical location information; and demographic information, including gender, dates of birth, ZIP codes, etc. Non-Personal Information may also include Personal Information that has been aggregated or de-identified. If we are required to treat Non-Personal Information as Personal Information under applicable law, then we may use and disclose it for all the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information.

How do we protect your information?

Although no method of storage is 100% secure. we attempt to use various reasonable security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information and to protect against loss or misuse. We cannot however guarantee that your data will be secure.

Please also be aware that we may use third-party service providers that provide hosting, data storage and other services. These service providers have informed us that they apply security measures they consider adequate for the protection of information within their systems. We will not be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any damages that may result from the misuse of any information, including Personal Information, by third parties.

Do we use cookies?

Do we disclose your information overseas?

An inevitable part of a multinational operation such as ours is that we have Personnel and Clients in both Canada and the USA. It is entirely possible that your information will be shared with parties outside of your own country but only pursuant to the other sections of this Privacy Policy.

You should note that any and all information held about you may be processed in the country in which it was collected or in other countries. Laws regarding Personal Information vary from country to country and from state to state and you should be aware that data laws in other places may be less stringent than the laws in your state or country.

Access to your Personal Information

If at any time you wish to know what Personal Information we hold about you please do not hesitate to contact us. We will generally be happy to provide you with the information we hold about you except where it would have an unreasonable impact on the privacy of another individual, the request is frivolous or vexatious, the information relates to legal proceedings, or we are prevented by law from disclosing the information, or providing access would prejudice certain investigations.

We are happy to accept requests to update Personal Information if you demonstrate that the Personal Information we hold about you is incorrect. This privacy policy is subject to amendment from time to time. Amendments will become effective immediately.
